Well, I did it! After an incredible four days in Sydney at the Certified Google Innovator Academy and the Sydney 2019 Google Energizer, I really feel quite blessed to have been able to have the opportunity to progress through the design thinking process and now to be moving forward on my Community Collaboration project.
Plus, the badge is pretty cool.

2019 is going to be an exciting year. Not only am I now employed by our local Connext Trust as a Facilitator for the Manaiakalani Outreach Programme, but I am lucky enough to be able to use this opportunity to totally immerse myself in the Google Tools, growing my skills.
One of the ways I've been doing this recently is by undertaking the work for my Google Certified Educator in order to upskill... and also to apply for the Google Innovator programme this year. So exciting!
In undertaking my Google Innovator project, which I hope can really link to my inquiry within Manaiakalani too, I will add resources and thoughts to my blog to track my inquiry process. I found a wonderful link on Twitter today, posted by a fellow applicant. Thanks Gerhard!
